Talk to us
Questions about Beelooo, pricing, or getting your business set up. We read every message.
Other ways to reach us
What to expect when you reach out
A real person reads every message that comes in through this page or through email. There is no ticket queue designed to make you wait, and no chatbot standing between you and an answer. If your question is about pricing or which plan fits your business, tell us roughly how many invoices you send in a typical month and how many people need access, and we can usually point you to the right plan in one reply rather than a back and forth.
If you are already using Beelooo and something is not working the way it should, include what you were trying to do, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. That single detail is often the difference between a same day fix and a slower round of questions to figure out what went wrong. A screenshot helps more than a long description, if you are able to include one.
We aim to reply within one business day, and most messages get a response well before that. If something is urgent, for example your account is locked and you cannot invoice a customer who is standing in front of you, say so directly in your message so it gets looked at first.
Before you write in
A few questions get asked often enough that it is worth answering them here directly, so you do not have to wait on a reply for something you can check right now.
- Looking for pricing details. The pricing page lists every plan with what is included, plus a comparison table if you want to see the differences side by side.
- Wondering what Beelooo actually does day to day. The features page walks through invoicing, inventory, customers, expenses, and reports with real examples of each.
- Curious whether Beelooo fits your specific type of business. The industries page covers fashion, medical and pharmacy, cosmetics, auto parts, and supermarkets specifically.
- Trying to sign in rather than sign up. That happens at app.beelooo.com, not on this marketing site.
- Looking for help with something you are already stuck on inside the app. The help center covers getting started, invoicing, inventory, billing, and your account in more depth.
If none of that covers what you need, the form above goes straight to our inbox, and we would genuinely rather hear from you than have you guess.
Larger teams and custom needs
If you are looking at Beelooo for a business with more than a hundred staff, multiple branches with different needs, or a workflow that does not fit neatly into the plans on our pricing page, mention that directly when you write in. We would rather have that conversation up front than have you sign up for something that turns out not to fit.
Feedback and feature requests
If there is something Beelooo does not do yet that would genuinely change how useful it is for your business, we want to hear about it, and we read every one of these messages even if we cannot reply to each with a firm commitment. The clearest requests describe the actual situation you ran into, not just the feature you imagine would solve it, since the underlying problem sometimes has a simpler answer than the one first imagined.
Press and partnerships
For press inquiries, partnership proposals, or anything related to the affiliate program, use the same contact details above and mention what you are reaching out about in the first line, so your message reaches the right person without extra back and forth.
What happens after you write in
Your message goes directly into our shared inbox, not a queue sorted by an automated system. Someone reads it, and if it is a quick question, you will usually get a complete answer in the first reply. If it needs a closer look, for example a billing discrepancy or a bug that depends on your specific account setup, we will say so and let you know roughly when to expect a fuller answer rather than leaving you wondering whether the message was seen at all.
If you do not hear back within two business days, assume something went wrong on our end, not that we are ignoring you, and feel free to follow up. Messages do occasionally get missed, and a follow up is never an inconvenience.
A note on language and tone
Write to us the way you would explain the problem to a colleague standing next to you. You do not need to phrase your message formally or worry about getting the terminology exactly right. If you call something by a different name than we do inside the app, we will figure out what you mean and answer accordingly, rather than expect you to learn our internal vocabulary first.
If you are reporting a bug
Bugs are easier to fix quickly when we can see roughly what you saw. If you can, include which page or screen you were on, what device or browser you were using, and the exact sequence of steps that led to the problem. If the same issue happens every time you repeat those steps, say so, since a bug that reproduces reliably is usually the fastest kind to fix. If it happened once and you have not seen it since, mention that too, since it changes how we investigate it.
If you represent a supplier or partner
If you work with a payments provider, a point of sale hardware maker, or another service that could plug into Beelooo, we are open to hearing about it, even though we cannot promise every integration proposal leads somewhere in the short term. Describe what the integration would actually let a Beelooo user do, in concrete terms, rather than a general pitch about working together.
If you would rather call or message directly
Email is the most reliable way to reach us right now, since it creates a record on both sides and does not depend on either of us being available at the same moment. If a phone or WhatsApp line becomes available for support in the future, it will be listed here alongside the email addresses above rather than replacing them.
One last thing
If you are on the fence about whether your question is "worth" sending, send it anyway. A short question that takes us thirty seconds to answer is not a burden, and it is a far better use of everyone's time than you guessing at the answer and getting it wrong inside your own account.
The same goes for a compliment, a small suggestion, or just letting us know something worked well. We read those too, and they genuinely shape what we prioritize next just as much as a bug report does.
